These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, classes, workshops, and services. By booking or attending a class, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made via our website or approved booking platform.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Client Cancellations:

Classes: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start time will receive a credit.

Less than 24 hours notice: No credit will be given.

Business Cancellations:
-
If we cancel a class, workshop, or event, you will receive a full refund or credit.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive 5 minutes before class starts.

If you arrive late, entry is at the instructor’s discretion to ensure safety and minimal disruption.

4. Health & Safety

You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit and able to participate in yoga activities.

If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, you must inform the instructor before class.

Always work within your personal limits and follow the instructor’s guidance.

5. Liability Waiver

We are not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property unless caused by our negligence.

Yoga involves physical movement — participation is at your own risk.

By attending a class, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Health & Liability Disclaimer.

6. Conduct

Respectful behaviour towards instructors and other participants is expected at all times.

Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of service without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All class materials, videos, and content remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law
-
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
